FLUIDIZED FEED HOPPERS The powder coating material is poured into the hopper, where it becomes suspended in air to allow for easier transfer to the spray gun. Certain powders work better in a fluidized hopper, such as metallics & textured powders! The air that is used to fluidize (suspend) the powder, also serves to condition and dry. This allows the powder to be transferred out to the gun more consistently & with less wear and tear on spare parts. Our powder hoppers are available in many popular sizes and replacement parts are always available. They are manufactured to be affordable enough for the operator to have dedicated hoppers for each color, yet flexible enough for easy color changes. Each hopper comes standard with a Lid Mounted grounding lug and Quick Disconnect fluidizing fittings for operator convenience 26" Dia. x 24" High Comes standard with 2 Universal Pump Mounts and Pickup Tubes and 24 Pump Mount locations (Powder Pumps Optional). Entire hopper is Stainless Steel and the hinged lid features a 7" x 5" fill and inspection door with magnetic latch for positive closure. Includes 3 swivel casters mounted on the bottom for easy mobility.
