From my beginning in the Coatings Industry in 1986 until today, my life experiences have been invaluable, not only for personal growth but also as they have kindled and rekindled my passion for this business.
My father and I started Buy Rite Finishing in 2000. All these years later, now as the President of Buy Rite Finishing, I still get to work with my family. Sure, working closely with family can be challenging, but mostly, it is wonderfully rewarding.
In addition to my passion for our business and the industry, I enjoy watching and being involved in motorsports. In my spare time, when I can find it, I volunteer at various race tracks and hope to be able to work at the 24 Hours of Le Mans someday.
As a huge music fan, I love going to concerts. I am a big lover of classic rock, but if it's live I'll start tapping my toes to just about anything!

I am part of a large family of six brothers and sisters, two of whom are active military, and I am proud to be the third generation involved with Buy Rite Finishing. I especially enjoy working with my Grandfather, Father, and Stepmother every day. From playing in the sand of the blast room as a child, to working part time and summers through my teens and accepting a full time position at 19, I have been around the powder coating industry my entire life.
I have been formally trained on multiple types of equipment and brands throughout my career, including AZO Sieves, Wagner Powder/Paint equipment, C.A. Technologies Paint equipment, KCI Powder Coating equipment, and some Nordson Powder Coating equipment.
An avid sports fan, I enjoy going to games and events of all kinds. My favorite sports teams are the Nebraska Cornhuskers (in all sports), Washington Redskins, New York Mets, and Los Angeles Lakers. Outside of athletics, my interests are music, movies and television, history, politics, and friends and family. I enjoy telling stories and making people laugh.

I am a proud mom of a son who has recently joined the Army and stepmom to a wonderful young man whom I get to work with every day.
In addition to my role at Buy Rite Finishing, I am also a licensed cosmetologist and work part time in a salon. Plus, tied to the immense pride I take in our home, I love to clean and do yard work!
In my spare time I enjoy playing volleyball (sand and court). An avid sports fan, I love watching sports of all types and am a fan of the Chicago Bears, Chicago Bulls, and the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Eric and I are empty nesters now that my son has graduated from high school. We no longer attend his many sporting events, so we fill our free time with traveling to music concerts, sightseeing, going to car races and other activities. Filling the void of having a son who was active in sports has been difficult, but we seem to manage. Our home is much quieter now, that's for sure.
I enjoy spending time with friends and family always. My passion is my little family, and I am always doing things for us.
