WAGNER DIAPHRAGM PUMPS - LOW PRESSURE

Diaphragm Pumps, commonly referred to as Double Diaphragm Pumps, are smaller and more simplistic than Piston Pumps. This makes them easier to clean out when switching colors and/or materials, or when spraying small amounts. In addition, their smaller fluid sections result in a reduction of solvent consumption during flushing operations. Due to this design, a funnel or feeding method can easily be attached directly to the pump to further reduce the amount of suspended material.

Diaphragm Pumps do not have internal regulators, therefore operate continuously, so they are subjected to increased wear & tear.

These pumps are primarily low pressure and are not suitable for highly viscous materials.

Wagner offers the only Hi Pressure Diaphragm Pump on the market, which is perfect if you need a fast color change but also want to spray with an Air Assisted Gun!
