UVI - CEFLA

The UV-I was designed to cure UV lacquers in an inert atmosphere that replaces Oxygen with Nitrogen and significantly reduces the need for Photoinitiators, this reduces consumable costs and will minimize the environmental impact of the curing process.

By reducing the need for Photoinitiators, we are able to crosslink even thinner coating layers, which will reduce lacquer costs.

• Yellowing effect is significantly reduced as it is mainly due to the use of Photoinitiators
• Crosslinking performance improved, especially with low coating thicknesses
