iGiotto - CEFLA

iGiotto is a complete system that utilizes a high-performance anthropomorphic robot to coat large-sized objects, such as door and window fixtures, or any other objects with a complex shapes.

“In-line spraying” is the work mode that allows iGiotto to coat loaded workpieces as they move along the line. In this mode, iGiotto can slow down or automatically stop the load in order to complete the work.

Electrostatic Spraying Kit

Thanks to the robotic arm in fully insulated material spraying can be combined with a direct-charge electrostatic system. This allows greater transfer efficiency plus significant savings in coating product, in addition to less wear on the filters of the dry spray booth.
