FlexiFlow - CEFLA

Flexiflow is the combination of two machines recommended for the application of paints/primers & top coats on mouldings and profiles.

It allows uniform application of clear and pigmented water and solvent based primers.

Flexiflow is a linear flow-coating machine with a roller conveyor system and a working width of 300 mm. The machine does not use brushes to wipe the product, but simply air blades that do not require cleaning, and is equipped with wheeled tanks coated in non-stick material for cleaning operations. Fast product changes can be made with the machine by employing more than one flow-coating tank.

Flexiflow is equipped with a programmable electronic controller and a color touch-screen PLC.
