Easy - CEFLA

EASY is an easy-to-use two-arm oscillating spray machine developed to provide finishes of the very highest quality, it can provide the basis for complex systems for high-volume production needs.

Patented recovery system - paint is recovered by a counter-turning roller, while the rest of the system ensures perfect belt cleaning. Solvent consumption and end-of-session cleaning times are minimized. The FLEX version (with belt recovery) has been developed for users who paint small batches with frequent color changes.

EASY (Paper)

This system makes it simple and allows you to change paint as often as you need to. You lose no time setting up the cleaning trolley and cleaning at the end of the shift. The machine runs with belt feed, and the underlying vacuum pulls a roll of clean paper through the machine, ensuring a clean surface for the pieces and a chance to reduce solvent consumption. This also reduces maintenance requirements as well as cleaning operations at the beginning and end of each shift.

EASY (CFB)

This system is equipped with a Carbon Fiber Belt (CFB) to ensure perfect piece adhesion to the conveyor surface, immaculate edge coating quality and no overspray on the underside. The belt also features an automatic centering device to guarantee correct conveyor belt positioning on the high precision carriage. This belt simplifies overspray recovery while also minimizing solvent use, cleaning and maintenance procedures.
