Gun Flush Box

A Gun Flush Box is typically used to enable the automatic flushing of manual paint guns in Plural Component Paint Systems after the work is completed. The operator simply puts the gun into the box, which is synced up to the Plural Component Paint System, and automatically flushes the system when the Pot Life has been reached.

There are many advantages to a Gun Flush Box:

• Eliminate costly repairs caused by hardened material in the mixing tube, hose & gun
• Reduce the amount of flushing solvent used
• Keep the flushing process away from your operators, where it can be done cleanly and safely
• Reduction in Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) in the spray area

This sequence can also be initiated by the operator throughout the day by simply placing the gun in the Gun Flush Box and closing the lid!
