Wagner Plural Component Paint Systems

Buy Rite Finishing proudly supplies quality 2K, 3K, and 4K Plural Component Paint Systems by WAGNER!

Plural Component Paints use two or more components to create a chemical reaction, which causes the paint to harden. This can also be done via “hot-potting” where the required components are hand mixed and then dumped into a Pressure Pot to be sprayed.

There are multiple reasons why Plural Component Paint Systems are better than “Hot-Potting”:

EFFICIENCY
Hand mixing requires a lot of repetition and labor, besides that…..it’s just messy! Because painting is sometimes undesirable work, it’s getting harder and harder to find skilled painters who can/will manually heat, mix and load the paint into a pot for spraying. With a Plural Component Paint System all of that is done with the touch of a button.

CLEAN UP
As I mentioned above “Hot-Potting” is messy, and it takes a while to clean up. Time is Money, you should be spending it painting parts instead of cleaning up. A Plural Component Paint System is easy to clean up, you just flush it out and shut it down! This makes it easier when it comes time to switch colors too.

REDUCE WASTE AND CONSERVE RESOURCES
With a Plural Component Paint System there is far less material waste. The material does not become mixed until it is in the paint lines, just before they are sprayed. You don’t need to mix up a large batch of material, just so you can spray half of it and throw the rest away because it cooled or hardened.

MORE PRECISION AND REPEATABILITY
You can easily prevent mistakes and inaccuracy with a Plural Component Paint System. Without the costly mistakes of spraying off-ratio or inconsistent mixing, a Plural Component Paint System SAVES YOU TIME AND MONEY!

SAFETY
Health and Safety concerns are paramount, with a Plural Component Paint System you reduce emissions through less solvent use. This results in less possible exposure to potentially toxic and hazardous chemicals.
